SD stops copying...

Hey, I'm using SD to clone to a new larger SATA drive I have connected VIA an SATA controller card - I know the drive works fine as I've used it for a few months for capturing video and editing for my job. I have a dual core 2.3 G5, 2.5 gigs of ram and have started my computer in safe mode. I do not run any antivirus programs. SD doesn't freeze up since I can still click stop but rather it seems to get stuck at this point copying, here's the log...
