Mac to Mac Target Mode for new Thunderbolt/USB only MacBook Pros/Airs
I am swapping a newly purchased MacBook Air for another unit with more memory, and I'm wondering how to best go about transferring my data and configuration with SuperDuper, since these units are otherwise identical.
Has anyone tested Thunderbolt in target mode with SuperDuper, at least enough to justify the experimental purchase of the stupidly expensive Thunderbolt cable? Any other options besides an external drive, which I don't have with me (doing this on the road)? |
