Will SuperDuper prevent idle/inactive sleep?

Does superduper (whilst creating a backup) ensure that a Mac does not go to sleep after the idle/inactive period in energy saver preferences? I am wondering whether I need to run a dedicated app like Caffeine at the same time as SuperDuper to ensure that the Mac does not go to sleep whilst SuperDuper is creating a backup.
Thanks

Send a message via AIM to dnanian
We specifically prevent the Mac from going to sleep.
