syncing 2 mounted drives?

hello,

I'm using superduper to keep a backup of my powerbook on a NAS device. however, there's also some directories on the NAS I'd like to store offsite. What I'm trying to do is have both an external harddrive and the NAS mounted on my powerbook, and backup from a selected portion of the NAS to the external harddrive. Is this possible? The NAS and harddrive don't show up in superduper's source list

thanks
