User Home Folders on a Separate Partition

I have a drive which has two partitions: OS and user home folders.

Does SD! backup just the files on the OS partition? or will it also copy the home folders on the other partition as if it was backing up a single partition?

I prefer backing up only the files on the OS partition.

It's only going to copy the volume/partition you select. If you have two, you should partition the backup drive into two volumes and back up both.
