Scheduling problem
I have been using SD for years with no problem. Now I can't get my schedules to work the way I want. I have to be doing something stupid! I am running SD 2.7.3 (v93) on OS X 10.9.5 on a Macbook Pro 15" mid 2012. I have 2 settings files. A is erase backup clone (erase destination which is external, and backup all files). B is incremental clone backup (backup all files to destination using smart update). What I want to accomplish is: the first weekend of the month that my external drive is plugged in, do an erase destination backup all (A). On any weekday that external is plugged in, do a smart update backup (B). I load settings for A and setup schedule no problem. I load settings for B and setup schedule. It does not setup a new schedule, but acts like an edit of the first schedule. What am I doing wrong that I cannot setup 2 schedules?

Hold down Option and click Schedule... to create a second schedule with the same drive pair.

Thank you! Love this product. Had been using in conjunction with TM (to network drive). TM was so undependable, gave it up. SD completely dependable.

Well...nothing it completely dependable, of course, but we try the best we can.
