MacBook Pro Gone for a week - Usng mini

My 17" MBP will be gone for a week - Apple is replacing the left fan under warranty. I have a mini ... and intend to boot the mini with my MBP's SuperDuper full/bootable/firewire backup drive.

What do I need to be concerned about this week? How will I be able to "sync" what I have done to the MBP when it comes back? MailSteward is keeping all my email backed up ... but what about program updates (like I just updated Firefox) and updates to my Keynotes and other documents? How will I be able to"sync" changes back to the MBP?

I've already responded to your support email asking the same question, but the basic answer is you'll start up from the backup and restore, using "Backup - all files" and Smart Update, back to the internal drive.
