Elapsed time returns to zero

SuperDuper (v 2.9.1) is writing to a new SSD drive on my iMac from a clone on my WD HDD drive. Process is "slow" due to USB 2.0 of drive. File copy size is about 960GB. After about 24 hours, the time elapsed indicator has returned to zero instead of simply continuing. Is this a bug in the program?
