Ignore/Remove a login item on backup

How can I tell Super Duper to ignore/remove a particular login item when it backs up?

SuperDuper! can't do that itself. But you could write a shell script that ran a Cocoa program (or perhaps an Applescript) that could do it, and then run that as an 'after copy' action.

I am trying to do this with Applescript.
I entered the wrong file to the After Copy section and can't figure how to delete it. It is checked and grey.
Many thanks
