Backing up new mac

So last week my macbook pro died. Thanks to Super Duper! I was able to mount the sparse bundle backup I had made, and use the migration assistant to get my machine back!

Now I want to back up the new machine. I started Super Duper! and it claimed it couldn't find the volume "Macintosh HD". I selected it from the drop down source list. Now I wanted to copy over one of my backups from the old machine, but they are not selectable.

I'm guessing that since it sees the new machine's drive as a different volume it won't let me write over the backup of the old drive. I just wanted some confirmation before I blow away the old backup and start anew.

Thanks.

They're grayed out? Bundles or direct backups?
