Reinstall? Or 10.4.8 issue?

I have been using a G4 Powerbook (PPC) at work but they recently upgraded me to a MacBook Pro. The original installed OS is 10.4.8.

When I ran SuperDuper it stopped without copying files with

Does this look like the issue with 10.4.8, or might it be that the SuperDuper application wasn't migrated over properly? If a reinstall would help, should I just delete the application and reinstall, or are there other files I should also delete besides just the application?

This is a damaged migration of SuperDuper. Download a new copy from the web site and reinstall. Nothing else should be needed.

Thank you, this (reinstall) is all that was needed. This computer has a firewire 800 port which I used and it was astonishingly fast, smart update for 45-Gigs of data took less than 5 minutes, and there was no sign of the issue with 10.4.8 that some seem to be experiencing.

Yes, it's intermittent and doesn't happen to all users...
