11 hours?

I opened superduper this morning to do a backup ...and it asked me to install an upgrade...I did this and the programme opened and I started a backup.
Normally I do one which just adds new files ...(smart update ?).
It says it's doing Smart Update...but it's been doing it for 11 hours...this is the info it's showing

45,365 of 760,975 files evaluated. 3.524 files copied. Effective copy speed 4.80 MiB/s.
131.5GiB evaluated. 110.27 GiB already up to date, 21.00GiB copied.

It's been on this state for a few hours now...is this normal?

I've a lot of stuff to backup...I've used approx 300 of my 465 gb harddrive...but it's never taken this long....do you think this is normal...or should i stop it
