Hi there,
I've got a registered copy of superduper and am wondering if a scheduled backup/cloning requires superduper to be open/active. I guess i could just wait it out and see what happens but i like to ask it anyway to be perfectly clear about it. And if i should look for another solution in the meantime. So i've set a mac mini which is my home server running osx server to backup every monday, wednesday and friday a smart backup to a Firewire drive. Does this require superduper to be active at all times? Or does it run in the background and starts the actual app when it needs to. Thanks in advance! |

Well, you could also review the Scheduling section of the User's Guide...
