Multiple Scripts
I have an external firewire drive with 2 partitions. I would like to use one partition to backup my user file every night and the 2nd partition to Clone everything every 3rd or 4th day. I assume I can set up multiple scripts that will go off automatically to do both.

You can create as many scheduled copies as you'd like, nkron, and set the options as appropriate. We can schedule by weekday (as opposed to "3rd or 4th"), but you should be able to get the effect you want pretty easily.
