Script question
Hi,
I want to backup ALL of my data from HardDisk1, and 2 folders from HardDisk2. I started a new SuperDuper project, and choose the "Backup all files" form the "using" drop-down. list. Than I choose "Edit Selected Copy Script" and I saw several scripts in "Included Scripts". Than I went to "Script Commands" and added 2 commands. 1 for "Volumes->HardDisk2->MyFirstFolder" and one for "Volumes->HardDisk2->MySecondFolder". Both set to "copy". I saved it and started the Copy process. The result is that ALL of my data of HardDisk1 is copied to the backup dis, but nothing of my HardDisk2. So, the "copy" command for "Volumes->HardDisk2->MyFirstFolder" and for "Volumes->HardDisk2->MySecondFolder" did not work. Did I do something wrong here? Thanks! -- Sincerely, Patrick Mast, http://www.WinFakt.be http://www.xHarbour.com |

You can't copy two drives at once with SD!, Patrick -- only one (the volume selected in the source pop-up).

So what's the logic behind excluding "Volumes"?

It's where all the other volumes are mounted, and since you're backing up a volume, you don't want to cross mount points and back up other volumes as well.
