System Crash - Maxtor One Touch and SuperDuper

Trying SuperDuper for the first time and while backing up to my external firewire Maxtor One Touch I got about 1/12 of the way through backing up my entire harddrive when I got the "grey screen of death" (like the blue screen of death for Windows).

Reading through this forum on other "system or kernal panics" I did the following:
-installed and ran disk warrior to verify drive
-installed and ran memtest 3 times to verify memory validity
-repaired permissions
-rebooted and tried again

Same grey screen of death (please restart your Mac...)

So here is the log file (panic.log) that you requested from another user and I am hoping it will provide info to help me get beyond this point as your software appears to work for so many others:
