snapshot error
My Mac Pro has been acting a bit glitchy lately with High Sierra and if I run disk utility it comes up with an error message:
error: inode_val: object (oid 0x3): invalid nchildren (-3) This appears to be linked to the version snapshots and I cannot get it to go away. If I enter recovery mode it won't even let me run disk utility on the main drive. Yesterday I installed a new metal enabled graphics card and planned on running a clean install of Mojave, but I'm curious if anybody has come across this snapshot version error before, since I gather they are used by the system and I believe SuperDuper! makes use of them.

Let's move to support email, Ashley, and try to figure out what we can do. (Note that we're leveraging Time Machine's native snapshots, so anything that might be going on here is likely a bug in Mojave, or APFS.)

Thanks Dave, I sent you an email just a minute ago with details, including the report from disk utility.
