Multiple Drives and Machines to Single Backup Drive?

I looked in the FAQ and documentation (as such), and didn't see an answer to this question...

Is it possible to back up several machines and external drives to a single large backup drive?

Obviously the backup drive will not be bootable, but I'm not worried about reinstalling the OS, it's getting the settings and documents back..

thanks,

jon

Sure: just partition the drive appropriate, jon. There's no reason for it to not be bootable...

No problem! Just make sure you use the Apple Partition Map format if you have a mix of Power PC and Intel Macs (or just Power PC), and GUID for Intel-only.
