Cloning an iPod

I have two iPods - a 60g and a 40g. I use them as backups for my dj business. The 60g has about 35g's of music on it. Is it possible to clone the 60 to the 40?

You know, I don't know if copying one iPod to another will copy the music, too. It depends on how "well hidden" it is, and whether or not they lock the music or its databases to that particular iPod.

As long as you can re-sync if it fails, you can give it a try. No promises.
