New computer, unregistered
I have been using SuperDuper for quite a while on an iMac. I just purchased a Mac Mini M1 and used Time Machine to restore the files from the iMac. When I got everything set I tried to make a SuperDuper backup.
It said my copy of SuperDuper was unregistered. When I went to register, the Registered To and Serial Number where filled correctly but the only options where: Buy Now and Later. With the Buy Now I pay for another key and the Later option the SuperDuper window says the copy is an "unregistered copy". How do I register? |

Click the "Automatically enter registration" button in the license email, or copy and paste both name and number into the fields of the Register window.
If you're still having issues, please send email to support - I don't want you to accidentally post personal information, or your license info, into the forum.
