SuperDuper and TM on same drive w/ Leopard

Will we be able to backup using SD to the same drive as we will use for TM under Leopard? And still have it be bootable?

It would be awfully convenient (until the drive gets full) to not have to add a 4th external.

The best thing to do would be to partition the drive into two volumes, a Time Machine volume and a bootable one.
