New user help.

We just purchased super duper and I've been trying to figure it out.

I would like to follow a simple workflow.

1. Mount the firewire HD
2. Backup a folder
3. Unmount the HD

I have a couple problems.

First off, I don't see any option to mount or unmount drives. Am I missing something? Secondly, the only way that I've gotten it to only backup only one folder is by adding all the folders and setting them to ignore. Am I doing this correctly? I'd be happy to supply more information if it's needed.

Thanks a lot.

Ryan

Scheduled backups will automatically mount, copy and unmount, so there's nothing you need to do (except set up the schedule and eject the drive).

As far as backing up one folder, add the "Exclude all files" folder in the "Include" tab of your script, then add the folder(s) you want to copy in the command tab.

In general, though, I strongly encourage a full backup.
