I just wrote that it sounded like a hardware problem.
To answer your questions: 1) Yes, that's fine. We don't copy temporary files and VM swap files, just like we say in the WGTH? section. 2) Not so sure things aren't being paid attention to, actually: a) We always make the drive bootable, which is different than making it the startup drive. b) Newer files, when there are no files, are "all" files. And, we have to evaluate all files before we copy, which is different than copying them. Hope that helps.

Thank you - that all makes sense - though pertaining to 2 a) I suggest clarifying this in the documentation (if it's already there, please disregard) because when one clicks "Options" there is a setting "On successful completion" one can choose "Do Nothing," so when it then reads "Make X Drive Bootable" when the program then runs, this creates confusion I believe (not knowing that you always make the drive bootable) - the reason this particularly concerned me was that I knew the drive in question was not bootable due to the controler card it was on.
