Beta for High Sierra issue
Downloaded beta this morning after scheduled run didn’t occur after switching to High Sierra (loaded Tues night). Beta doesn’t see my MBP SSD (mid-2012). I see no mention of needing to format my ext. HDD. Others having issues?

Sounds like you're not using the beta, truly. Check the About box.

I will look again tonight. I still have the original loaded but when I selected “About” it showed the Beta edition.

If you're running 3.0B1 it will definitely see APFS volumes. I've no reports of anything different, and I've never seen otherwise.

I just checked and I had the correct version downloaded and installed. For whatever the reason when I loaded it this evening it showed the MBP hard drive but only a partial of the total drive volume (512GB), which I selected. It is now running but has put an additional HD icon on my desktop under the primary HD and it reads as Macintosh HD@snap-75701.

That's normal during the beta. (The size listed after the pop-up is the space left, not the total, during the beta...)
