Added Little Snitch “internet access policy” file

It allows Little Snitch to display an informational panel that explains what it's trapping (our version check).

It seems to me that it was the same with previous versions as long as SuperDuper was not allowed under Little Snitch rules.

No, they added a new feature that allows us to be more descriptive - we've included that policy file.
