Backup error - please help!
I've been using SuperDuper! to do my daily backup/smart update to an external HD successfully for over a year with no problems. Then last night I had an error message pop up that said "an error occurred that halted execution" followed by a kernel panic. I've tried restarting my computer & giving it another try, but the same thing happened again, minus the kernel panic.

Paul, could you send a System Profiler report via Mail into the support email address?

Sure, how would I go about doing this. Do I just open up System Profiler & got to File > Save As...?

Yep, just open it up and save it to the default (XML) format, then attach to the email.
Thanks -- I'll check out what it says and see if there's anything in there that might help diagnose the problem.
