OK. It sounds to me like the file is in Scheduled Copies, and not in Saved Settings...

When I go to finder, the Scheduled Copies folder is empty and the Saved Settings file folder contains the file "Smart Update Mac Backup from MAC HD"
Is this what it should be? |

Yep, that's where it should be.
I'm sorry: at this point I just don't know what could be wrong here. I assume a regular scheduled copy works just fine?

Yes, auto copy works fine. I know the guy that ask that ask the question about using "Do Something When", his works fine. I'll see if he'll take a look and if he figures it out, I'll post back. Hopefully the solution won't be to embarrassing. Thanks for taking the time out of your Sunday to help me.

If a regular run of this in Finder doesn't work, DSW definitely won't. I really wish I could figure out what you were doing, but I just can't seem to -- given what you've indicated, it should work OK.
