Can Super Duper just backup and Final Cut Pro X Library from one drive to the other?

Hi Dave: I'm working a lot in Final cut Pro X and it works with Libraries, that contain all the working files and such for a video.

After I do some new work on a project in a Library, I like to back that Library up on a second drive.

Right now, when I do that, the Finder just replaces the backup Library with the new one I'm dragging over...it does not Smart Update, and it can take a long time because these Libraries can easily get to 3 or 4TB

Is there a way to get Super Duper set up to just Smart Update a Final Cut Pro Library from one drive to the other, and not the entire drive, so it doesn't start from scratch?

thanks, Bob Krist
