Interrupted backup: Stil valid Smart Update possible?

Hi there,

I just intrerrupted an update process, which copied files from "Disk A" to "Disk B" using Smart Update. Interrupting the process left "Disk B" in an "unknown state". Now Im wondering if Ill receive a working image if I just redo this update process using Smart Backup again. Will I get a working copy on my target disk? Or do I have to make a full backup (not using Smart Update), because the interrupted process left the disk in an unknown state?

Hope I made myself clear...?!

Thanks for your help!
