I need help!
I have been successfully using Super Duper for several month cloning my drive to a Lacie and booting from it. I was told that if I upgraded the internal HD I could install it, then clone the internal from the Lacie after booting from it. That did not work out. The computer(Mac Intel Mini) came up with the question mark. I had to partition, then install the OS from the DVD's. Now I am trying to copy the Lacie drive to the internal, but when I try to do that the Mac HD is grayed ot!! What am I doing wrong?

You can't copy to a drive you're running from, Walt. But what I'd suggest is, during that first startup from the mini and it prompts you to migrate from "another Mac", point it at your backup and migrate from it...

Well, too late for that! I have set the backup as the boot drive. Can I restore my files now? Emails and such?

You're running from the backup? You can still migrate... just install on the internal drive and migrate from your backup.
