I have folders on multiple drives I want to back up.. help please
I just purchased SuperDrive and can't figure out a easy way to do this.
Basically I have 3 hard drives on my mac and on each drive I have around 3 or 4 folders only that I want to back up. How can I do this easily? thanks |

You'll follow the general steps in the user's guide for "excluding a folder from a backup", but:
- In the 2nd tab, include the "Exclude all files" script rather than 'Backup all files' - In the 3rd tab, add the folders from this drive that you want to back up Save that script and follow the rest of the steps. Since you're only copying a few folders, I'd then store the result in a sparse image on your destination -- so use the "Disk Image..." choice in the destination pop-up. Once you have everything set up, you can save your settings with Cmd-s, and easily recall them either by double-clicking in Finder or choosing File > Load Settings. Hope that gets you started!
