Iomega eGo 500GB vs Lacie Little Disk

Quick question, what is the best external HD for super duper between:

Iomega eGo 500GB USB/FW400
VS
Lacie Little Disk 500GB USB2.0-only
VS
(new entry!) Lacie Little Disk 320GB USB/FW400

Anyone got success stories/problems with these products in particular?
