I've heard it's reasonable if you are into the whole windows thing, and need a home server. The price has been quite aggressive to try to get lots of adoption. Thus it's a fairly good deal (assuming you enjoy the windows treatment). I use windows out of necessity, and my home server runs openSUSE.
