when I run SuperDuper again (after I do for the first time a bootabe drive/disk), to add the new programs or change the files - the smart updates, which of the following options to choose:
-backup all files
-backup user files
-sandbox

and after each of those option has anather button.....

so could u explane me step by step please how to do smart updates
