Double SuperDuper Backup

Just bought SuperDuper a few days ago. Excellent program.

I am running Intel iMac 24" Al, 2.4Ghz, 3GB, Leopard 10.5.2.

When I purchased SuperDuper I connected a 250GB Seagate Free Agent external HD to one of my USB ports. Made a full, bootable backup. Rebooted the computer from the external drive, and everything worked perfectly.

Tonight I connected a 2nd Seagate external HD to another USB port and plan to use it as a bootable backup disk also. I will backup to these two drives alternately. I inquired if this would confuse the SuperDuper software when I do a Smart Backup, as the drive previously seen by SuperDuper was the other HD.
I was assured this is not a problem.

High quality external hard drives are so cheap these days, it seems to me this is the ultimate security blanket. It is unlikely that my primary hard drive and one external hard drive would both fail, but the probability of all three drives failing is so remote as to be uninteresting. Probably overkill, but I feel good about it, and it didn't cost much to implement.

Anyone else doing this? Anything I should be aware of when doing this?
