How to recover stuff from backup without deleting stuff on main drive?

I use SuperDuper to maintain a backup of my iMac's harddrive in an encrypted disk image on an external HD. I've been trying to sell my iMac, but only if I can get a good price. I had a buyer, so I deleted my private data from my iMac's drive. Pictures, banking, personal documents etc.

Then my buyer backed out, and I haven't found another one. In the meantime I've been using the iMac, adding new documents,, bookmarks, podcast on iTunes etc. So, I don't want to use SuperDuper to restore my backup onto my main drive because that will erase the new stuff I have on the main drive.

Is there any way I can get SuperDuper to restore anything from the backup that isn't on the main drive, without deleting the new stuff from the main drive? Or any other way to get the deleted stuff from the backup without manually trying to find all of it?
