First, PLEASE do not post your serial number publicly, William. Pirates can now claim to be you and use it.
There's nothing special about the download of SuperDuper - if you open the image, the contents should include the application. Double-click it to run it.
Don't try to run a copy from Time Machine... don't touch the Time Machine stuff, in fact.
