I have just run a backup with the disable script, seems to have fixed the problem,
will see how it looks after a days use and then a backup tonight.
It looks very much like a indexing issue, the cpu usage was fine and went back to normal after the back up, stickness was eliminated.
I dont run any virus software, Im confident that my mac's not a pc
