Now, this is support!
The backup failed to run on my wife's machine last night. I submitted the log to ShirtPocket and 10 minutes later (on a Sunday morning no less), I had a reply from Dave with the solution to the problem.
SuperDuper! is worth every penny I paid for it (both copies), and the support is superb.
