Hi Dave,
I've had Superduper for awhile now and have continued to see the ease of use improve, despite being very simple before. More importantly, it just flat out works!
I registered here to say thank you for a great product that has prevented my data from being lost and for a great user experience.
Finally, your amazingly fast support should add one more reason to definitely buy this great software (I do not have any affiliation or financial interest in Shirt Pocket software).
