We have one user who is having a weird problem with ACLs duplicating themselves on his source. We're unable to reproduce this case here, though we're still trying.

Apart from that, there should be no server-specific issues. Please remember that active servers like MySQL should have their databases dumped before you back them up -- use the pre/post backup shell scripts to handle this kind of thing.
