No more different Vol name, but cannot shut down

Hi Dave,

I've switched completely over from FW800 to USB now for my Seagate Freeagent Go Mac 500 GB.

No more Volume errors. Suspect that the FW connection was the issue. Why? Don't know.

Question Having the same issue (2.6.2v87)

MBP Unibody 17 (2009).

SuperDuper! for some strange reason won't quit after the backup is done, so the shutdown process stops. Been happening randomly. All backups are done in Smart Update mode.

Cleaned both up, re-formatted...

Dave,

I've been using SuperDuper! for the past few years now. Love it. Great job. :) It saved my @$$ when I had 3x Hitachi drive failures, plus one Fujitsu that finally died after couple of years....
