I own pre 2019 license for my Intel Mac. Should I buy a new license when I will move to Apple Silicon? Is there an upgrade path?

Help with license
My license starts with SPSD00xxx. It's likely that I will move to an M1 Mac as soon as Superduper 3.5 is out. Is my license still valid?
