Fix for me
I had the same problems with SuperDuper notifications. Deleting the two Growl .plists in Library, Preferences solved the problem on my machine.
com.Growl.GrowlHelperApp.plist

Sparce Image fails to umount
Backing up my Powerbook to a Firewire hard drive. Everything goes fine until the very end and then I get this error in the log. (see below)
The sparceimage is still on the firewire drive after...
