9:30 PM versus 21:30 (or 2130)

I have my Mac set to 24-hour clock.
Yet, SD wants to run at 9:30 PM.
How do I set SD to run at 2130 and not at 9:30 PM?
I don't do AM PM.

Change your locate to one that uses 24-hour time...
