Exceptions when cloning main disk
I clone my main disk to a USB drive once a week (3:30 am Mondays) and noticed the following messages in the Console log:
| 03:30:31 AM | Error | LOGGED EXCEPTION: NSAccessibilityException, reason: Attempt to re-add same observer of "AXWindowCreated" on element: <NSApplication: 0x316b40>, userInfo: {NSAccessibilityErrorCodeExceptionInfo = -25200; } | 03:30:32 AM | Error | LOGGED EXCEPTION: NSAccessibilityException, reason: Attempt to re-add same observer of "AXWindowCreated" on element: <NSApplication: 0x316b40>, userInfo: {NSAccessibilityErrorCodeExceptionInfo = -25200; } | 03:30:33 AM | Error | LOGGED EXCEPTION: NSAccessibilityException, reason: Attempt to re-add same observer of "AXWindowCreated" on element: <NSApplication: 0x316b40>, userInfo: {NSAccessibilityErrorCodeExceptionInfo = -25200; } Is this anything to worry about? I'm using SuperDuper 2.1.4 on a G5 dual 1.8 MHz running Mac OSX 10.4.9. Geoff |
Nothing to worry about; something you're running is generating exceptions when it tries to mess around with our windows.

Thanks. I leave BOINC running all the time so this is what is probably causing the interaction.

What's BOINC?
|
BOINC is a manager process for various volunteer projects, like Seti@home, and it takes care of running the different projects in the background.
See: http://boinc.berkeley.edu/ There is also a screensaver involved and this was probably running when SuperDuper! started. Geoff |
OK: thanks, Geoff.
