Password lock not responding, script greyed out
 

It's been a while since I installed SD on a new machine, but I'm a little confused as to how to proceed with the first backup - the "lock" for password use doesn't respond to clicking, and the "using" line is greyed out and doesn't let me pick. What am I missing? Thanks

PS Using v3.3.1 and Catalina

PPS I have registered (used my registration from other machines)

That seems rather strange. Perhaps remove the "SuperDuper!" folder in ~/Library/Application Support?
