Single folder backup

I would like to make a script that will back up only one folder.

I want to back up the "Pictures" folder on external drive "Pineapple" to the "Image Ready" folder on external drive "Kiwi". I want to leave the iPhoto Library alone. Would this be how it works?:

In the "Included scripts" section I choose the script "user files.dset"
In the "Script Commands" section I enter the following:
ignore *
ignore .*
copy Pictures
ignore Pictures/iPhoto Library

Thanks!

You can't copy to a specific folder that way, Sam3: we always copy a drive as a volume... even if you select only a single folder to copy, that's one folder, rooted in a specific location, on a source volume that's copied to a destination volume, with the copy itself controlled by the "During copy" options.

I'm having the same problem... what could be the right way to do it?
After the ignores....
copy Users/JohnDoe/Pictures
I'm scripting like that but is copying 0 files
