You'll find the listed folder is a damaged/broken link. Connect it to a proper real folder or remove it.

Just had the same issue here, same files. Don't understand, I probably have a bunch of alias' files that are "broken links", but NEVER stopped me from doing a clone. Why do these "crossover" files stop SuperDuper cold? Thanks.

Because they're invalid in a way most symlinks aren't -- and that level of damage implies folder damage that we don't want to continue past.

Thanks for the reply. I guess I should be thankful the program can figure out what links are good and which ones imply "folder damage". I can only hope the "Crossover" program can recreate them if needed and hopefully make undamaged ones if it does.

I moved to my desktop all three of these files, ran CrossOver, just opened it, did not need to install anything, the files were not recreated, not any kind of real test. Even with these on the desktop, SD would fail same error message. After TRASH/Empty, SD ran all the way through and created a bootable HD, once again.

All beyond my humble knowledge of UNIX files. THANKS!

They're not needed, actually, in general.
