This is a damged install of CS2, triggerhappy. I suggest uninstalling it and reinstalling; that should take care of it.

Alternatively, you can delete the BridgeTalkClient.acroplugin in the folder listed (InDesign PDF Automation for Acrobat 7), if you'd prefer. Don't forget to empty your trash!

Hope that helps.

I thank you for your quick reply and product! :)

By the way...is it good practice to back up under safe mode?

dnanian 04-26-2007 04:24 PM

No, it shouldn't be necessary to back up in Safe Mode (but it won't hurt anything either).

triggerhippy 04-26-2007 07:07 PM

The Adobe CS2 was it alright. Uninstalled it and back up went smoothly and very quick too over firewire 400. NICE!!:)

Good to know I won't have to bother to do through safe mode next time. I was just thinking that would be the best way to make sure nothing was running in the back ground. I am obviously the noob target audience that really appreciates this software to make things easier while backing up.:p

Glad you got it done, triggerhappy: congrats!
